isthisit? issue 1 (2017) includes artworks from Amanda Karlsson, Bex Ilsley, Bob Bicknell-Knight, Callum Harper, Col Self, Corie Denby McGowan, Ed Florance, Iona Bone, Jade Annaw, Jake Moore, Jiyoung Yoo, Joe Jefford, Lois Williams, Neale Willis, Owen Thackeray, Ror Brown and Sid and Jim, interviews with, Roxman Gatt, Thomas Tyler, Luke Nairn and Pippa Eason, alongside essays by Eva Tomopoulou, Gabriel S Moses, Helena Kate Whittingham and Karl Sims.

The first issue of the isthisit? book is 64 pages and composed of a variety of artworks, artist interviews and essays, all surrounding the vague notion of the internet and how it’s fundamentally changed how we as human beings function in modern day society.

isthisit? issue 1 was launched on the 30th March 2017 in conjunction with a series of online performances by artists Ana Voog, Bex Ilsley, Brooke Kelty, Raquelle Reeves, Bob Bicknell-Knight, Emily Simpson, Keaton Fox, Xindi Zhou, Seaneen Hartley Price, Leyli Salayeva, Marc Blazel, Campbell Mcconnell, Luke Nairn, Hermione Cameron and Melanie Menard.
